Here’s a chance to hear some of the finest church organs in the world accompanying a virtual choir thundering out a selection of the most stirring hymns that we all belted out in our school days.
There are introductions by various luminaries such as Stephen Fry and a choir of about 1,000 singers from around the world who took part in on-line rehearsals and sent in their individual recordings for melding into the finished piece by the sound technicians.
I know all of this as the sous chef took part.
