Renewing this was a nightmare!
According to them, the “easiest” way is on-line. Not if you are one of the thousands of eligible severely visually impaired people. Finding all the documents, being able to scan them (how do I know which is the right way up/correct page etc) but the worst was trying to find the light-coloured, plain blank wall to stand against so that (someone else) could take a current photo.
A perfect example of how a process further disables us!
