The Bee Widow.

We had a long weekend at the national bee convention at Harper Adams University.

The beekeeper spent all his time at erudite lectures and quizzing the trade representatives about the latest bits of kit.

For my part, I was making and doing: a luminaire (wax formed around a removable balloon, decorated before inserting a LED tea light); more wax flowers;   lip balm, bath soak and whipped soap all including hive products.  Fabulous to have time to be creative and now home with a mind full of new ideas – watch this space.
