Tracks of my life.
I think it’s a bit like Desert Island Discs for us who can’t see. Me nattering on about my life with some of the music of memories. I’m looking forward to hearing it for the first time.
To listen in, ask Alexa or whatever smart speaker you use for “RNIB Connect Radio” on:
- Monday 22 December at 0900
- Friday 26 December at 1700 (5pm for landlubbers) – perfect with cold turkey on Boxing Day.
- Sunday 28 December at 1200 (midday) – we were going to have a party!
(all London/GMT times)
I hope that the programme brings a smile while you are doing the prep or clearing up.
Huge thanks to Rob Hood and his Go Fund Me donors
We have now sent copies of my book “It could be You…” to over 70 members of Parliament (and the King).
We want to change the political mindset away from benefit scroungers. Instead, they should focus on the untapped potential of a quarter of the working population who happen to have life-changing health conditions. Good for individuals, employers, the economy and growth. We’d be grateful for every bit of help to reach more politicians.
Back to the kitchen.
Finally, you might find some seasonal tips in the “Christmas made easy” booklet. I’m well on track so that the special lunch should be a breeze (ever the optimist!).
Wishing you a wonderful time with your family and friends plus fulfilling hopes and ambitions for another New Year.
