Just three things …

Firstly, here’s the link to my Radio Victory interview last week: https://radiovictory.co.uk/shows/catchup Look for Sunday’s ‘Between the Lines’ (15th March ’26)  I start at about minute 16.  Might be useful for anyone who is facing a life-changing health condition.

Secondly, here’s an Eye Matter  video about how it feels to be blind that was launched on “Disabled Access Day” (16 March) (I was giving a talk to some of their members the Friday before).  You might share with others facing sight-loss.

Last but not least, HMRC is offering  more help before Making Tax Digital kicks in.  Don’t forget that there are exemptions for some people. They say:

If you receive qualifying income from self-employment and/or property, you’ll be legally required to use Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax – based on the level of qualifying income – from the following dates:
April‌‌‌ 2026, if your qualifying income is over £50,000 in the 2024 to 2025 tax year
April‌‌‌ 2027, if your qualifying income is over £30,000 in the 2025 to 2026 tax year
April‌‌‌ 2028, if your qualifying income is over £20,000 in the 2026 to 2027 tax year (the government has set out plans to introduce legislation to lower the qualifying income threshold to this level)
